Evaluation Alternatives

Take-home assignments are also used. Many professors ask students to draft pleadings, including Prof. David Freedman (Queen’s Law) whose statement of claim drafting assignment can be found here.

Welcome / Bienvenue
The goal of the Civil Legal Process Teaching Network (CLPTN) is to support the teaching of Civil Procedure, Legal Process, and related courses in Canada.
It will do this, first, with a resource bank to share teaching materials between CLPTN members. This will include syllabi, exams, assignments, classroom activities, slides, etc.
The network is open to everyone to teaches, has taught, or plans to teach these courses to Canadian students at any level.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you as a member. Please email CLPTN convenor Noel Semple or leave a comment below.
This page will soon feature a library teaching and evaluation materials submitted by CLPTN members.
